Return & Refund Policy

Return & Exchanges

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in sellable condition.

  • The item must include its original packaging and tags (if applicable).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not in stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or store credit.

Process for Exchanges:

  1. Contact us via email at iconclassicph@yahoo.com with the subject line "Exchange Request: [Order Number]."

  2. Provide details about the item(s) you wish to exchange and the preferred replacement item(s).

  3. Include a note with your exchange package clearly stating your name, order number, and reason for the exchange.

  4. Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our email response.

Important Notes:

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  • Icon Classic is not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

Refunds

At this time, refunds are not permitted. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to review your orders carefully before completing your purchase.
